One practice,
several thresholds
The work at Pont d’Azur does not begin with a service menu. It begins with a conversation — about where you are, what you are carrying, and what kind of presence would be most useful to you.
From that conversation, a path unfolds. It may move through coaching, through creative writing, through spiritual direction, through handwriting, through poetry, through pilgrimage. More often it weaves between them, as life itself does.
Pont d’Azur does not offer therapy. If clinical or therapeutic support is what is needed, a licensed professional will always be recommended — and the two kinds of support can work well alongside each other.
What holds all of it together is not a method but a commitment: to accompany with honesty, with care, and with full attention. The most meaningful work unfolds over time. It takes a relationship with a rhythm and a horizon.
Paths the work may take: different doors
into the same deep work
Each pathway below is a different threshold into the same integrated practice. Your questions, your moment in life, and your particular way of knowing will guide which door to enter first — or whether several doors open at once.
A grounded, rigorously experienced space for leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating transition, decision, and growth. Drawing equally on psychology, organizational science, and contemplative tradition.

Individual · Workshops · Groups
Poetry not as performance but as practice — a way of perceiving, naming, and dwelling in experience that bypasses the defended mind. Accompaniment for those drawn to the contemplative, apophatic dimension of language and inner truth.
Individual · Retreats
A unique approach to integration using the intelligence of both hands and the body’s own knowing. Grounded in 40 years of research connecting handwriting, psychology, and inner life — often surprising, consistently illuminating.
Individual · Groups
For those at a crossroads, in spiritual search, or navigating the silent questions underneath a life that asks more. A companionship distinct from therapy — one that the oldest human traditions have always known how to offer: a presence on the road, without agenda and without shortcuts.
